# Introduction to our Knowledge Base

## **Welcome to OpenTAS GmbH’s Knowledge Base Documentation Portal!**

In the **first version** of OpenTAS GmbH's Knowledge Base Documentation Portal, information is supplied as web-article for direct viewing.

It is a public area where no registration is needed. Here you can call up freely accessible, general information about our products.

- You can access information via the folder structure on the left-hand side.
- You also have the option of using the normal search as well as the AI assisted search functions to find more information.
- Articles can be printed, shared or downloaded as PDF.

**Customers can register and access a private area for more detailed information on the already featured products**, in the form of documentation for viewing and downloading

- User guides
- Process descriptions
- Reference cards
- HowTo’s
- Training documents
- Further documentation

**The Knowledge Base will be continuously enhanced with more information for registered customers, including a private area for specific customer information**.
